The Renfe Group has an Ethics Channel, integrated into the Internal Information System, for the communication of queries or whistleblowing.
Our Ethics Channel is in line with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption, as it is a channel open to employees, stakeholders and other third parties who wish to access it.
All communications received through the Ethics Channel are treated confidentially. It is also possible to make anonymous communications. In any case, those responsible for the management of the Ethics Channel, as well as their collaborators, are subject to a special commitment to confidentiality.
The Head of the Internal Information System has the support of the Code of Ethics Committee, which in turn will adopt those decisions, within its competencies, as required to investigate the matters or to mitigate their consequences.
