Holds a bachelor's degree in Community Law from the San Pablo CEU University and a diploma in Legal and Economic Studies of the European Union from the Sorbonne University (Paris 1). Also holds a master's degree in Business Law Studies from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

Began a professional career in the private sector, working in law firms and later as a lawyer in commercial matters at Naturgy.

In July 2006 she joined Renfe Operadora, where she has held various positions as a lawyer in the General Secretariat and the Board of Directors in the legal-commercial and corporate operations areas.

She currently holds the position of Director of Legal Advisory for Subsidiary Companies and International Projects, also performing the functions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary in various companies of the Renfe Group and in its affiliated companies.

 

Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. 

He has 20 years of service as a State Attorney, where he has held positions in the Barcelona State Attorney's Office (2004-2009), in the Ministry of Public Works (now Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility) and in the Spanish National Court. He served as director of the Legal Department and, later, as secretary of the Council of the National Commission on Markets and Competition (2013-2021). In 2022 he joined the FROB, where he served as legal director of the Executive Resolution Authority.

 

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

He began his professional career in the private sector as a structural engineer at TYPSA in 2012. In 2014 he joined as production manager at Dragados Group, where he participated in the construction of various projects in Canada and the United States. In 2019, he joined the Corps of Civil Engineers of Roads, Canals and Ports of the State and, following his assignment to the current Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, he has held the following positions: Senior Technician in the Railway Expropriation Division (2019-2021), Area Manager in the General Sub-Directorate for Economic Coordination (2021-2022) and Technical Director of the Budget Office (2022-2025). In 2025 he was appointed Deputy Director-General of the Budget Office, a position he has held to date.

 

Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valladolid. He has completed specialised programmes at IESE and Harvard Business School and taught at the School of Industrial Organisation and IE Business School. He began his professional career in the private sector as a technology consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1995. In 2002 he joined IBM, followed by KPMG in 2006 and PwC in 2008, where, as a partner, he led the technology consulting division of the professional services firm. He joined Amadeus IT Group in 2019 as global CIO, and since the end of 2024 he has been Head of Product, Engineering and Customer Operations for Amadeus Cytric, a position he holds to date. Renfe Viajeros is the only company for which he is a member of the Board of Directors.

 

He holds a degree in Political Science and Sociology from the UNED, with studies in Business Sciences from the University of Valladolid (UVa) and various university specialisations as a University Expert in "Digital Competencies for the Mobility and Transport Sector", in "Key Technologies and Tools for Digital Transformation in the Transport, Mobility and Logistics Sector" and in "Sustainable Digitalisation in the Transport, Mobility, Logistics and Related Infrastructures Sector: Automation, Marketing and Application" from the UNED.

Specialist degree in Local Public Management (FEMP), master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management (ISNIB) and with specific training in Neuromarketing applied to Communication (UVa); Political Marketing and Democratic Governance (UPF); Digital Journalism Tools and Techniques, Digital Skills; and Marketing for Journalists (USAL); among other topics.

He has been Chief of Staff to the Mayor and Director of Communication of the Town Hall of Segovia (2005-2007); Communications Technical Advisor at the Provincial Council of Valladolid (2007-2011); Deputy Advisor to the Secretariat of Institutional Policy of the UGT of Castilla y León (2011-2015); Digital Marketing Consultant (2015); Member of the Economic and Social Council of Castilla y León (2013-2015); Head of Institutional Communications through Social Networks and New Technologies of the Town Hall of Valladolid (2015-2018), Director of the Government and External Relations Office of the Town Hall of Valladolid (2018-2019); again Chief of Staff to the Mayor of the Town Hall of Segovia (2019-2023).

Currently, since 2023, he has been working in the Spanish Parliament as Assistant to the President of the Commission for the audit of Democratic Quality, the fight against corruption and institutional and legal reforms.

 

Degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has carried out various programmes such as: Esade Counselor Programme (XIV Edition), IESE Business School Leadership and Public Management Programme and Aspen Institute Leadership Programme.

He served as a Member of Parliament during the eighth, ninth and tenth legislative terms and has participated in several international delegations. EU CFSP, COSAC, Council of Europe and Inter-Parliamentary Union.

He currently works as a lawyer and CEO of AS Legal & Corporate Affairs, a firm specialising in civil liability and insurance law and strategic-business consultancy, and is a member of the advisory board of the employers' association "Foment del Treball".

She has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and a master's degree in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from the Institute of Stock Market Studies (IEB) and belongs to the State Lawyers' Corps.

She began her professional career in the State Attorney's Office in Alicante, where she held positions as a member of the Forced Expropriation Jury and secretary of the Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Alicante. She has also provided services in the Insolvency Area of the State Attorney's Office and in the Ministry of Finance, providing legal advice to the State Foundation for Employment Training, F.S.P (FUNDAE) and the State Mercantile Society for Real Estate Management of Assets, M.P.S.A. (SEGIPSA). In 2023 she joined the Board of Directors of the Spanish public land and transport infrastructure company, Sociedad Estatal de Infraestructuras del Transporte Terrestre S.M.E, S.A., as a member. (SEITT).

Since March 2024, she has been serving as Technical General Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility.

 

She holds a degree in Economics, specialising in Monetary and Financial Economics, from the Complutense University of Madrid. He holds a Master's Degree in Finance with special mention from CUNEF and has completed the Senior Business Management Programme at IESE. She also holds the IC-A Certificate in Corporate Governance from the Institute of Directors and Administrators.

She began her career as a business consultant in the banking and insurance sector at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. In 2005 she joined the Financial Department of PYMAR, a company of which she was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2009, Corporate Director in 2011 and Chief Executive Officer in 2012, a position she currently holds. She has been an Independent Director of the Erhardt Group since 2015, where she chairs the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.

 

Civil Engineer and PhD in Transport Infrastructure from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). He has held the position of Secretary General for Sustainable Mobility at the Ministry until now.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the mobility and transport sector and has developed his activity in consultancy, research and university teaching, assuming management positions at different levels.

At the University, he has been a professor of Transport Planning and Director of the Master's Degree in Civil, Canal and Port Engineering. He has been a researcher at the Transport Research Centre, a visiting researcher at the Politecnico di Torino and a visiting professor at the University of the West of England.

In the public administration, for four years, he was managing director of the Municipal Transport Company of Madrid (EMT) and, later, for another four years, manager of Valladolid Urban Buses (AUVASA). In addition, he is a member of the Advisory Council of the Spanish Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, a member of the European Committee of the International Union of Public Transport and a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Collective Urban Transport.

He has published more than 30 articles in scientific journals and books related to mobility.

 

An executive with international experience in technology companies backed by venture capital funds, she specialises in business transformation, governance and value creation. She brings strategic vision, experience in AI applied to management and solid skills to generate long-term efficiency and value. She began her professional career as a lawyer and founded her own firm specialising in intellectual property and new technologies - Baschwitz Abogados (2010–2018).

In 2018 she turned her career around and was appointed deputy CEO of Uground Global, a global technology company. She then joined Grupo Primavera as Chief Transformation & Corporate Affairs Officer and later joined Cegid, global SaaS companies backed by private equity (2021-2024).

Since 2024, she has led the Transformation and Strategic Projects area of Dalet. She is the founder of Club Matador and a member of the advisory board of the Hermes Foundation.
