In connection with your relationship with us, Renfe Operadora may process the following categories of personal data:

Renfe Operadora asks you to keep your data duly updated to guarantee that the data we process is always accurate. If you change it, let us know so we are aware of its current status.
What do we use your personal data for?
- To register the entities that wish to participate in our tenders and to process the identification and contact details of the people who represent these entities before Renfe Operadora in order to manage their participation in tenders.
- To improve the navigation and usability of our website, as well as your user experience and offer content adapted to your interests, by personalising advertising spaces, as explained in our Cookies Policy.
- For the holding of the raffles and competitions organised by Renfe Operadora, with the aim of identifying the participants and managing participation in the competition.
- To interact with users and resolve any requests or doubts that may arise through the different social networks in which Renfe Operadora has a presence.
- For the provision of the entertainment service "Revista Club Renfe" for users of the loyalty programme through its own mobile application.
- For the management and processing of communications received in the ethics mailbox that Renfe Operadora makes available to its users, customers and employees.
- To carry out surveys, in order to find out the opinion of users about the products and services of the Renfe Group.
In accordance with the purposes indicated above, we will keep your data in accordance with the periods indicated in the applicable legislation depending on the processing carried out or, where appropriate, until you request the deletion of your data.

- Because Renfe Operadora has a legitimate interest to improve the navigation and usability of our website, optimising your user experience.
- Based on the consent you have given us for the use of our own and third-party cookies that require it, as well as, where appropriate, the consent you may have granted to process your personal data through the different social networks.
- For proper management of your relationship with Renfe Operadora in the different prize draws and competitions organised by Renfe Operadora in which you can participate, and for management of and access to the "Club Renfe" app.

The data we process for the purposes indicated above has been obtained directly from you, through our web forms and while browsing our website.
Who will receive your data?
Renfe Operadora may communicate your personal data to:
- Renfe Viajeros Sociedad Mercantil Estatal S.A., in the event that you are a user of the "Club Renfe" application, to improve the quality of the service and information provided in it.
- Competent Public Bodies, Judges and Courts, when Renfe Operadora has the legal obligation to provide them.
- Renfe Operadora also collaborates with a number of third-party service providers that have access to the your personal data and that process it on behalf of Renfe Operadora as part of their provision of services.
What rights do you have?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and data portability through Renfe Operadora's Legal Department by sending an email to derechos.renfeepe@renfe.es or by post to Renfe Operadora EPE, Avenida Pio XII, 110 Caracola 3 – 28036 Madrid. You must provide a copy of your Spanish ID card or of an official document that proves your identity.
If you consider that we have not processed your personal data in line with the regulations, you can contact the data protection officer via e-mail at dpd@renfe.es. Notwithstanding the above, you can make a complaint at Spanish Data Protection Agency.
