Order and contract management

The order and contract management service allows authorised suppliers to access the orders and contracts issued by the Renfe Group for their attention for the acceptance or rejection of orders and the electronic signature of contracts that so require automatically, resulting in greater process agility as well as the optimisation of management time and costs.

Registration in the Order and Contract Management Service

To access this service, it is not necessary for the provider to request registration. Renfe will provide you with the necessary information within the framework of the tender in which the supplier is awarded the contract.

Bidders' space

To bid in the Renfe Group's procurement procedures, it is not necessary to be registered in the Register of Suppliers. All successful bidders are included ex officio in said Register; those who have been awarded contracts in tender processes involving an Opening Committee receive a username and password to access the Supplier Portal, allowing them to consult the details and documents included in the Register.

E-invoicing

The Renfe Group has a free Electronic Invoicing System available to its Customers and Suppliers.

If you are a Customer and/or Supplier of the Renfe Group who is interested in benefiting from shortened deadlines, both when sending and receiving invoices, cost savings, speeding up the resolution of complaints, etc., we encourage you to join the E-Invoicing Project. To this end, you must send us your express acceptance by filling in the forms attached separately, indicating whether you are requesting affiliation as a Customer or a Supplier. Once filled in and signed, it must be sent to the following E-Invoicing email address.

N.B.: This email address can only be used to send the previous e-invoicing affiliation forms.

You will receive your credentials and the Access URL shortly, provided you meet the requirements to register on the Platform, which will provide you with access to the Platform.
