Diversity and equality

Diversity

At Renfe we believe in diverse teams to build solutions that are more creative, fair and representative of today's society. We foster an inclusive workplace, where every individual can contribute their talent, regardless of their identity, age, background or skills. As members of the Business Network for LGBTI Diversity and Inclusion, we benefit from their guidance to further strengthen our commitment to equality for all, regardless of their gender identity, sexual characteristics, gender expression or sexual orientation.

Equality

Renfe is committed to promoting gender equality, as reflected in its equality plans. The Group's second plan is currently in force, with 9 areas of action and 48 specific measures to advance in achieving real equality between women and men. In addition, it has a protocol for the prevention and action against sexual harassment, harassment based on sex and workplace harassment and a remuneration audit that exhaustively analyses the remuneration received by workers.

Women's Network

Renfe's Women's Network is a collaborative and voluntary space made up of the company's women and men, aimed at promoting the awareness and visibility of female talent. Within the framework of the network, actions are developed to break down gender stereotypes and incorporate the gender perspective in the different areas of the company.
